System Search is currently recruiting for Remote Title Insurance Sales Associates based near the following locations in South Carolina:
Responsibilities of the Title Insurance Agent include:
Verifies ownership and restrictions by analyzing legal documents including public and financial records, maps, surveys, maps, and contracts
Conducts property searches to identify real estate title defects or issues
Builds relationships with real estate agents, bank staff, attorneys, paralegals, and escrow companies throughout the closing process
Facilitates title searches and prepares title abstracts and opinions
Reviews closing documents to ensure be sure all title commitments are met
Issues title polices and prepares closing statements for title transfer
Records all legal documents at the county and federal level
Ideal Requirements of the Title Insurance Agent:
Prior Title Insurance experience
Independent Agency experience preferred
Title Insurance license
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
Strong communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
Team player attitude with self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
