System Search is currently recruiting experienced Commercial Lines Producers in multiple North Carolina locations.
Responsibilities of the Commercial Lines Producer include:
Prospects, solicits, and sells Commercial Lines Insurance Policies
Develops and calculates appropriate plans based on clients’ needs
Works strategically with Sales Staff to optimize relationships and protect clients’ business
Expands business reach through networking techniques
Cultivates strong relationships with carrier partners to best position the company for client negotiations
Tracks and identifies areas of improvement as well as developing strategies to increase revenue generation
Focuses on client education, renewals, carrier negotiations, client strategy development, and insurance policy analysis
Requirements of the Commercial Lines Producer:
Commercial Lines Insurance Sales experience or demonstrated sales ability in other industries
P&C license in state of domicile required
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to cultivate trusting relationships
Team player attitude with self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High energy work ethic with ability to work independently while maintaining excellent customer relationships
