System Search is seeking Managers with direct experience in Commercial Lines Insurance Accounts for North Carolina locations including:

 
• Boone, NC
• Charlotte, NC
• Raleigh, NC
• Taylorsville, NC
• Winston-Salem, NC
• Hybrid and Remote opportunities

 
Commercial Lines Manager responsibilities include: 

• Oversees day-to-day management of Commercial Lines Insurance Book of Business
• Trains and mentors Commercial Lines Insurance Team Members
• Establishes and maintains strong relationships with clients, Insurance Carriers, and Referral sources
• Participates in Client presentations and meetings

 
Ideal Qualifications & Experience of Commercial Lines Managers:

• Account Management experience in Commercial Lines Insurance
• Background in management of Team Members and Staff
• Independent Insurance Agency experience preferred
• Current North Carolina Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Knowledge of insurance markets, products, services, insurance ratings and underwriting procedures
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional organization skills
• Proficient computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
