System Search is recruiting for Employee Health & Benefits Sales Producers for Georgia Locations.
Responsibilities of the Benefits Producer:
Performs consultative selling to mid-market companies
Focuses on growth and development of a profitable book of business
Assesses and recommends appropriate Employee Health & Benefits services and solutions
Works to satisfy and retain existing clientele as well as facilitating new client production
Qualifications & Experience:
BA/BS Degree preferred or equivalent experience
Life & Health License or ability to obtain within 90 days
Prior industry experience strongly desirable
Knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce a plus
Proven success in prospecting and outside B2B selling
Ability to ask the right questions to foster credibility quickly while gaining a sense of how to best align company offerings with each client
Experience with midmarket companies with 50 – 1000 employees
Ability to partner with a variety of stakeholders, including C-Suite business partners
Must be assertive yet consultative
