Tami Smith started at System Search 23 years ago as a Recruiter Assistant and worked her way up as a Recruiter and Vice President, to reach her current position as Managing Partner. A Winthrop University Public Communications Graduate, Tami loves making great career matches and seeing Candidates excel and grow in their careers!
Kris Hopkins has been with System Search since February 2015 assisting with operations, website management, accounting, and recruiting as our Operations Manager. She graduated from West Virginia Wesleyan College with a Public Relations degree. More comfortable assisting System Search’s leadership and staff behind the scenes, she loves being a part of this amazing team as they work to find perfect candidates for clients – and vice versa!
Jennifer Lund started with System Search in August 2019 as a Receptionist and moved into the Recruiter Assistant Role in May 2020. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke (Go Braves!) with a Bachelors Degree in Sociology /Minor in Medical Sociology. She currently resides in Indian Land, SC with her two daughters Addyson and Avery. Jennifer’s favorite part of being a Recruiter Assistant is getting to know the candidates and assisting them in finding the right position.
Kim Almond joined System Search in 2022 as a recruiter assistant. Kim has a background as an Executive Assistant and Teacher. She has a degree from the University of North Carolina @ Greensboro and is thrilled to be connecting amazing candidates with amazing companies. She is excited to be a part of System Search!
Victoria Smith, a native to the Charlotte area, now resides in the Hilton Head, SC area. She joined System Search in September 2023 to open its new Satellite office in the beautiful Low Country of Hilton Head. With a degree of Bachelor of Science from The University of South Carolina Beaufort, Victoria assists the Recruiters in a supporting role with administrative and marketing tasks. She is Thrilled to be starting her new path in Insurance with System Search and to help grow this company!
Peggy Maiorano recently moved to the Charlotte area from Savannah, GA. With a background in Account Management, she currently assists with daily operations for all Team members. She is excited to have started her new ventures with System Search and looks forward to growing her career here!
