Personal Lines Producer

System Search is currently recruiting experienced Personal Lines Producers for multiple North Carolina locations.
 
Responsibilities of the Personal Lines Producer:
 

• Marketing, solicitation, and sales of Personal Lines Insurance products and services through strategic networking, lead follow-up, and building out of referral pipeline
• Establishes and maintains strong relationships with clients, Insurance carriers, and other vendors to ensure long term consistent business growth
• Identifies new opportunities to expand Book of Personal Lines Insurance Accounts
• Processes applications, documents, certificates, reports, etc.
• Maintains strong knowledge of various products, services, and carriers for Personal Lines Insurance to appropriately advise clients on current or additional coverages
• Seeks out opportunities to cross-sell additional coverages to existing accounts

 
Requirements of the Personal Lines Producer:
 

• Proven sales ability in Insurance or other sectors – if you can sell, that skill translates!
• Current Property & Casualty license in state of domicile or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Preference for candidates who are experienced and knowledgeable regarding Personal Lines of Insurance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills – Agency Management Systems, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
