System Search is currently recruiting for a Surety Bonds Practice Leader for North Carolina Locations including:

The Surety Bonds Practice Leader will develop a Surety Bonds Department for a well-established firm. Ideal Candidate is dedicated and aggressive.
 
Responsibilities of the Surety Bonds Practice Leader include: 

    •  

    • Manages Surety Bonds operations team and partners with sales executives to ensure best possible service provided to customers
    • Sets and implements departments strategy to deliver sustainable revenue growth
    • Accountable for regional Surety Bonds growth as per budgets and objectives, and to address shortfalls and strategies to combat shortfalls
    • Identified opportunities for growth within the region by securing new contacts and driving business through the regions producers
    • Manages a team of Accounts Managers and Account Executives, providing coaching, mentoring, technical expertise, and performance management, in support of that team and LOB
    • Assesses the organization’s current team structure and makes recommendations on how to make improvements, as may be required
    • Assesses current systems, resources, etc. and makes recommendations to management on additional resources and/or changes needed to provide exceptional, world-class service to our clients, as well as to ensure top-tier industry standards for retention
    • Develops, trains, educates, and hires, various AMs/AEs in support of our strategic growth objectives
    • Leverages strong Surety Bonds knowledge and proven relationships with carriers to ensure the best outcome for clients
    • Develops standard operating procedures that support the day-to-day administrative duties of team.

     
    Ideal Requirements of the Surety Bonds Practice Leader:

       

      • Extensive dedicated leadership experience in managing a team of Commercial Lines professionals
      • Able to think outside the box and take a strategic leadership approach in a fast-paced environment and be able to pivot when needed to shift focus
      • College Degree Preferred
