System Search, Inc. is seeking Senior Commercial Account Managers for South Carolina Locations including:

 
• Spartanburg, SC

 
As a Senior Account Manager, you will assist larger clients with complex service and risk management needs.  You will manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth.
 
Position Summary:

 
• Serves as a client contact and responds to complex client needs and questions to improve the client experience.
• Provides coverage analysis, risk management recommendations, negotiate coverage and pricing with carriers, and prepare proposals.
• Resolves billing issues, makes policy changes, and responds to clients in a timely and professional manner, using multiple systems and agency standards and workflows.
• Meets with clients to discuss renewals, issues and resolve problems.
• Mentors Technical Account Managers by developing their policy-checking skills and coverage knowledge.

 
Qualifications & Experience:

 
• High School Diploma required; College Degree Preferred
• Commercial Lines Insurance Experience
• Current NC Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Insurance Designations or demonstrated knowledge of Business Insurance coverages
