Senior Commercial Lines Account Managers

System Search is currently recruiting experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Managers for multiple locations in South Carolina including:

 
• Columbia
• Greenville
• Spartanburg

 
 
Position Summary of Senior Commercial Lines Account Managers:

 
• Serves as a client contact and responds to complex client needs and questions to improve the client experience.
• Provides coverage analysis, risk management recommendations, negotiate coverage and pricing with carriers, and prepare proposals.
• Resolves billing issues, makes policy changes, and responds to clients in a timely and professional manner, using multiple systems and agency standards and workflows.
• Meets with clients to discuss renewals, issues and resolve problems.
• Mentors Technical Account Managers by developing their policy-checking skills and coverage knowledge.

 
Qualifications & Experience:

 
• 5+ years’ Commercial Lines Insurance experience
• Current SC Property & Casualty license
• College Degree Preferred
• Ability to work both independently and with Team Members including Producers, Account Managers, CSRs, and Accountants
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Working knowledge of Agency Management Systems and Microsoft Office products
• Insurance Designations or demonstrated knowledge of Business Insurance coverages
