    The Talent Acquisition Specialist will help develop and execute sourcing strategies to produce qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.

    Recruiter responsibilities include:


    • Develops and maintains strong working relationships with leaders, hiring managers, and other team members to create partnerships that lead to recruiting success
    • Sources for passive candidates to fill current open positions
    • Pre-screens candidates based upon specific abilities and cultural fit
    • Conducts phone interviews as the initial screening for qualified candidates
    • Coordinates in-person and virtual interviews where appropriate
    • Monitors market conditions to advise on compensation and benefits
    • Builds relationships at target universities for intern recruiting
    • Manages applicants in our ADP ATS
    • Serves as a brand ambassador, ensuring a professional and positive experience for all hiring managers and candidates
    • Other duties as assigned

    Ideal Qualifications & Experience of Recruiter:


    • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
    • At least four years of recruiting experience
    • Recruiting in the insurance industry is preferred
    • Highly Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, ADP ATS
    • Strong desire to serve others well
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented and autonomous self-starter who takes initiative and can thrive and problem solve under tight deadline
    • Positive and enthusiastic with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well independently or in a team environment
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Able to travel occasionally within our four-state footprint
