Personal Lines Account Managers


System Search is seeking multiple  Account Managers with direct experience with Personal Lines Insurance Accounts for position throughout the Charlotte, NC, area. Book of Business includes Policies for homes, automobiles and personal possessions, along with personal liability coverages. Established long-term, solid relationships with some of the top national and regional carriers in the industry, enable an experienced staff to provide comprehensive, expert insurance solutions and service.
Personal Lines Account Manager responsibilities include: 

  • Provide day-to-day service to clients with a strong focus on account management, claims, and administrative tasks
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and other vendors
  • Assist with marketing activities and compile information related to Requests for Proposals and renewal applications

Ideal Qualifications & Experience of Personal Lines Account Manager:

  • 2+ years Account Management experience in Personal Lines Insurance
  • Independent Insurance Agency experience preferred
  • Current Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Knowledge of insurance markets, products, services, insurance ratings and underwriting procedures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional organization skills
  • Proficient computer skills – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
