Personal Lines Account Manager

System Search has an immediate opening for two Hybrid Personal Lines Account Managers in the Wilmington, DE area. Candidate can be Entry Level or Seasoned! The Account Manager will be responsible for handling Auto, Home, Umbrella, and Boat Policies in Independent Agency
Personal Lines Account Manager responsibilities include: 


  • Provides day-to-day service to clients with a strong focus on account management, claims, and administrative tasks
  • Establishes and maintains strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and other vendors
  • Assists with marketing activities and compiles information related to Requests for Proposals and renewal applications

Ideal Qualifications & Experience of Personal Lines Account Manager:


  • Independent Insurance Agency experience preferred
  • Current Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • Knowledge of insurance markets, products, services, insurance ratings and underwriting procedures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional organization skills
  • Proficient computer skills – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
