Personal Lines Account Manager

System Search, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager with direct experience with Personal Lines Insurance Accounts for a position in Charleston, SC. This Agency is rapidly expanding to meet the needs of their Personal Lines Insurance Clients.

Position Summary:


  • Secure and submit required renewal underwriting
  • Make customer requested changes or cancellations and process-related change requests and
  • Remarket and/or rewrite accounts to support client
  • Round accounts by soliciting increases and expansions of
  • Quote and propose expansion
  • Work daily Activities and Cash List
  • Receive claims information and report claims to
  • Make claims follow up with
  • Process Agency-Bill endorsements
  • Prebill and renew Agency-Bill accounts from Expiration List
  • Collect and transact monies on Agency Bill expansions and
  • Properly document all account activity and client/company

Qualifications & Experience:


  • High School Graduate; College Degree Preferred
  • 5-10  years Account Management experience in Personal Lines Insurance
  • Property & Casualty License required
  • CISR, CIC, CPCU, AAI Designation Preferred
