Entry Level Personal Lines Account Managers

System Search is recruiting for an Account Manager for an entry level Personal Lines position in North Carolina Locations including:

 
• Wilmington, NC

 
This is a full time exempt position that will provide support to our staff in the management of the existing book of business with all tasks related to supporting personal lines. Ability to work independently as needed.

 
Position Summary:

 
• Provides day-to-day service to clients with a strong focus on account management, claims, and administrative tasks
• Establishes and maintains strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and other vendors
• Assists with marketing activities and compile information related to Requests for Proposals and renewal applications
• Processes Endorsements, Renewals, Policy Changes, New Business, Payments, and Billing

 
Qualifications & Experience:

 
• Fast learner with ability to retain information accurately
• Advanced MS Office skills, to include excel, word, power point
• Excellent calendar management skills with meeting planning experience
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Attention to detail and follow-through; maintains a sense of urgency
