    Responsibilities of the Team Lead include:

       

      • Responsible for the marketing process which includes obtaining client census and quotes, preparing and submitting bid specifications and evaluating the results in preparing recommendations for clients.
      • Creates client proposals with current and renewal details as well as marketplace options.
      • Initiates regular client contact as established by the client service calendar and renewal timeline.
      • Implements new lines of coverage by setting up account, collecting needed documentation, and reviewing plan details with Producer.
      • Generates materials for Client presentations and meetings.
      • Sets priorities and manages work flow independently to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities.
      • Communicate due dates, timelines and expectation to clients and carriers.
      • Negotiate final rates and conditions with carrier as needed.
      • Attends weekly meetings with Benefits Team, keeping abreast of strategy updates.
      • Promote teamwork by sharing experiences, assisting others when help is needed and maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
      • Ability to work on additional projects that supports the overall development and advancement of the Employee Benefits team.

       
      Requirements of the Account Executive:

         

      • Four year college degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
      • Four years of benefit administration experience is required.
      • Sufficient Employee Benefits Insurance experience
      • Good attitude, cooperative team player, adaptable to new or changing circumstances, professional demeanor, sensitive to client needs, self-motivated, creative and innovative.
      • Strong ability to problem solve, make independent decisions with minimal oversight, set and meet deadlines, communicate, negotiate, work under pressure, organize, prioritize, manage multiple tasks and operate in a fast paced environment.
