Commercial Lines Technical Account Manager

System Search, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Technical Account Manager with direct experience with Commercial Lines Insurance Accounts for a position in Charlotte, NC. The person in this position will support Producers by handling administrative and data processing responsibilities. To be successful in the Technical Account Manager, Business Insurance role, you will be committed to prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues.
 

Position Summary:

• Works closely with Business Insurance Team providing support, which includes processing policy changes, certificates and evidence of property insurance, and policy audits; all while maintaining the highest level of accuracy
• Supports new and renewal business through the maintenance of client information in the Agency Management System, assembling client proposals, issuing binders, and preparing and distributing invoices
• Processes Endorsements, Certificates of Insurance, Cancellations, Audits and other client centered transactions
• Checks policies to ensure accuracy of each transaction

 
Qualifications & Experience:

• 3 years business insurance experience
• College Degree Preferred
• Current NC Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain
• Independent Agency background preferred
• Working knowledge of Sagitta Software
• Strong customer service skills
