Commercial Lines Team Lead

System Search, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead with direct experience in Commercial Lines Insurance for South Carolina Locations including:

 
• • Rock Hill, SC
     
    Position Summary:

 
• Assists in the development of a sales and service training program for new commercial lines executives
• Drives profitable organic revenue growth through client retention and new business production
• Partners with the Company recruiting team to source, recruit, hire and train team members
• Oversees/manages the Insurance team member Training Program
• Manages new team members usage of the software system and holds them accountable to achieving key predictive metrics
• Partners with the operations team to ensure the highest level of client solutions
• Creates positive collaboration to drive a robust cross sell process
• Runs huddle meetings to 1) prepare for new business appointments 2) keep existing clients
• Joins producers on new business appointments, assisting as needed to close sales
• Develops a regional team

 
Qualifications & Experience:

 
• 5+ of commercial lines experience
• Track record of successful individual P&C commercial sales
• Deep knowledge and expertise of commercial P&C
• Experience with Applied/EPIC Software preferred
• Active insurance license
