System Search, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Lines Director with direct experience in Specialty Lines Insurance for the Charlotte, North Carolina area. The Director of Specialty Lines aids clients in creating comprehensive and competitive Management Liability, Cyber/Privacy and Security, Professional and Pollution risk and insurance programs.   Position Summary:

 

• Assists in the development of a sales and service training program for new commercial lines executives
• Drives profitable organic revenue growth through client retention and new business production
• Partners with the Company recruiting team to source, recruit, hire and train team members
• Oversees/manages the Insurance team member Training Program
• Manages new team members usage of the software system and holds them accountable to achieving key predictive metrics
• Partners with the operations team to ensure the highest level of client solutions
• Creates positive collaboration to drive a robust cross sell process
• Runs huddle meetings to 1) prepare for new business appointments 2) keep existing clients
• Joins producers on new business appointments, assisting as needed to close sales
• Develops a regional team

 
Qualifications & Experience:

 
• Extensive Commercial Lines Experience
• Proven ability to find creative solutions for placement of programs
• Strength in negotiation and program design
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking ability
• Desire to make independent decisions
• Active insurance license
