Commercial Lines Account Managers


We are currently recruiting for Commercial Lines Insurance Account Managers throughout the Charlotte area – including Huntersville, Davidson, Gastonia, and Rock Hill, SC.
Responsibilities of Commercial Lines Account Managers:

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for Commercial Lines Clients
  • Establishes and maintains strong relationships with Clients, Insurance Carriers, and other Vendors
  • Provides prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to Commercial Lines Clients and prospects
  • Responds to Client inquiries and requests to resolve any related service issues
  • Supports New and Renewal Business by maintaining Client information in the Agency Management System, assembling Client proposals, issuing Binders, and preparing and distributing invoices
  • Processes Endorsements, Certificates of Insurance, Cancellations, Audits and other Client centered transactions
  • Recommends improvements to processes, Insurance products, and/or Policies to effectively meet Client’s insurance needs
  • Maintain knowledge of industry forms and coverage changes

Requirements of Commercial Lines Account Managers:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing Commercial Lines Insurance accounts
  • Independent Insurance Agency experience, preferred
  • Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and Agency Management Systems
