Commercial Lines Account Manager

System Search, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager with direct experience with Commercial Lines Insurance Accounts for a position in Salisbury, NC. The person in this position will support Producers by providing exceptional Customer Service to Small and Middle Market Commercial Lines Clients.
 
Position Summary:

 
• Support new and renewal business through the maintenance of client information in the Agency Management System, assembling client proposals, issuing binders, and preparing and distributing invoices
• Process Endorsements, Certificates of Insurance, Cancellations, Audits and other client centered transactions
• Check policies to ensure accuracy of each transaction

 
Qualifications & Experience:

 
• 5+ Years Years Experience with Commercial Lines Insurance Accounts
• Independent Agency background preferred
• Working knowledge of Applied System Software preferred
• Strong customer service skills
