Commercial Lines Account Manager

System Search has an immediate opening for an In Person or Hybrid Commercial Lines Account Manager in the Raleigh, NC area.
 
Position Summary of the Commercial Lines Account Manager:

• Strategically plans and consults with clients, including marketing, and administration of insurance policies
• Properly documents client files when processing Policies, Endorsements, Certificates of Insurance, Binders, Invoices, etc.
• Responds to client inquiries and requests and resolves service issues
• Recommends improvements to processes, insurance products, and/or policies to effectively meet client’s insurance needs

 
Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years’ experience managing Commercial Lines Insurance accounts
• Independent Insurance Agency experience
• Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and AMS360
