Commercial Lines Account Manager

System Search, Inc. is seeking a Hybrid Account Manager with direct experience with Commercial Lines Insurance Accounts for a position in Matthews, NC. The person in this position will support Producers and Account Manager by providing exceptional Customer Service to Commercial Lines Clients.
 
Position Summary:

 
• Support new and renewal business through the maintenance of client information in the Agency Management System, assembling client proposals, issuing binders, and preparing and distributing invoices
• Process Endorsements, Certificates of Insurance, Cancellations, Audits and other client centered transactions
• Check policies to ensure accuracy of each transaction

 
Qualifications & Experience:

 
• Current NC Property & Casualty license
• Independent Agency background
• Working knowledge of Applied/TAM or Applied/EPIC
• Strong customer service skills
