Commercial Lines Account Manager

System Search, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager with direct experience with Commercial Lines Insurance Accounts for a position in Hilton Head, SC. This Regional Independent Agency is rapidly expanding to meet the needs of their Commercial Lines Insurance Clients. A true service minded Agency, they are deeply committed to the community they serve.
 
The Book of Business consists of Construction, Restaurants, Real Estate, Healthcare Professionals, and non-Profit Organizations.
 
Position Summary:

  • Provide assistance to Producer(s) in the management of an assigned Book of Commercial Lines Insurance Business in accordance with agency standards and workflows
  • Bind and issue policies, process Endorsements, Certificates of Insurance, Audits, and other policy documentation
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests and resolve any related service issues
  • Recommend enhancements and improvements to processes, insurance products, and/or policies to effectively meet client’s insurance needs
  • Maintain accurate and detailed policy files, reports and documents
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and other vendors

 
Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience managing Commercial Lines Insurance accounts
  • Independent Insurance Agency experience
  • Current Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite Products
