System Search is currently recruiting for a Business Insurance Regional Property Leader for Virginia locations including:

 
• Alexandria, VA
• Richmond, VA
• Roanoke, VA

 
Responsibilities of the Property Leader include: 

 
• Provides Leadership to the Property Practice by developing the framework and placement strategy for the Mid-Atlantic region
• Serves as Property Resource for both Marketing and Account Teams
• Conducts Training of Staff to educate and promote best-in-class Property Practices
• Provides Marketing Support for Large and Complex Property Clients and Prospects

 
Ideal Requirements of the Property Leader:

 
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in business or related field required
• Minimum of 5 years of property experience including strong knowledge of property coverages, specifically shared and layered program structures
• Current Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCI, CIC, or equivalent designation preferred.
