Bilingual Commercial Lines Account Manager

System Search, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Account Manager with direct experience with Commercial Lines Insurance Accounts for a position in Charlotte, NC. This position will manage a Book of Small Commercial Insurance Accounts. Book consists of heavy Contractors and Property Development Companies.
 
Position Summary:

 
• Provides strategic planning and consultative advice to clients, including marketing, and administration of insurance policies
• Maintaisn client files to ensure proper documentation, by processing Policies, Endorsements, Certificates of Insurance, Binders, Invoices, etc.
• Responds to client inquiries and requests and resolves any related service issues; Establishes and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and other vendors to ensure long term consistent business growth
• Recommends enhancements and improvements to processes, insurance products, and/or policies to effectively meet client’s insurance needs
• Provides Service to Spanish-Speaking Customers and interpreting services as needed

 
Qualifications & Experience:

 
• Bilingual in English & Spanish
• Experience managing Commercial Lines Insurance accounts preferred
• Current Property and Casualty Insurance License
