Benefits Mentor

System Search has an opening for a Hybrid or In Office Benefits Mentor in Charleston, SC.


    Position will support team in growing business with a focus on helping to ensure team has what they need for success.  To be successful, Position will need to know how to independently organize operational activities while mentoring office employees.
    Benefits Mentor responsibilities include: 


      • Mentors/trains new Benefits employees
      • Ensures new hires are keeping up with training responsibilities and learning effectively.
      • Makes sure office is running smoothly
      • Handles office issues so Producers can sell and not have to worry about it!
      • Maintains day to day office support functions such as stocking printers, handling sensitive documents and mail, deliveries, and other needs.
      • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

      Ideal Qualifications & Experience of Benefits Mentor:


        • Knowledgeable with Self-Funded and Fully Insured Benefits Accounts
        • Proficient in using computers, internet Microsoft Office Suite
        • Basic knowledge of Insurance Markets, Products, Services insurance Ratings, and Underwriting Procedures
