Benefits Admin / HR Technologist

System Search has an opening for a Benefits Admin / HR Technologist in multiple North Carolina locations including:

  • Charlotte, NC
  • Raleigh, NC
  • Winston Salem, NC
    Position will take over the HR Technology Piece of the Benefits Department for company.

    Benefits Admin responsibilities include: 


      • Manages HR Technology section of Benefits Department
      • Builds out plans in Software System
      • Sets up Open Enrollments through Employee Navigator
      • Assists Account Manager and Producer as needed
      • Adapts to rapid changes in team to support others as needed

      Ideal Qualifications & Experience of Benefits Admin:


        • Life & Health License in North Carolina or ability to obtain
        • Life & Health experience, baseline benefits knowledge, and Health Insurance knowledge preferred
        • Ability to adapt to change easily and pick up new skills
