Accounting Direct Bill Commissions Clerk

System Search is currently recruiting for a Direct Bill Commissions Clerk in the San Marino area to provide accounting and general administrative support while processing direct bill commission statements.


  • Process benefits, personal, and commercial lines direct bill commissions by searching policy numbers and entering premiums / commissions from statements received from Insurance Carriers
  • General administrative duties  including printing to digital files, scanning, faxing, filing
  • Gather and distribute daily mail to Employees throughout organization
  • Communicate with Carriers to obtain commission statements
  • Communicate with Account Manager and other Company Personnel to resolve discrepancies

Qualifications & Experience:


  • 2 years finance and accounting experience preferred
  • Advanced coursework in bookkeeping or accounting
  • High School Diploma
