Accountant – Bookkeeper

System Search is currently recruiting for Bookkeeping Accountants for Hybrid and Remote positions.
Responsibilities of Bookkeeper:


  • Maintains and corrects book of accounts
  • Processes payments, receivables, and revenues
  • Prepares payroll reports, tax deductions, and tax returns
  • Conducts month-end reconciliations and closures
  • Maintains and updates accounting records and files
  • Prepares purchase orders
  • Analyzes transactions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintains relationships and coordinates with vendors regarding AP
  • Prepares financial documents such as financial statements, expense transactions, and income statements

Bookkeeper Qualifications & Experience:


    • Experience with accounting & reconciliations, preferably within Applied/EPIC
    • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel, specifically spreadsheets
    • Excellent math skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Confidentiality and integrity
    • Good oral and written communication skills
